From Waterbury

Route 84 West to Route 8 North
Route 8 to Exit 37 Frost Bridge Road, Watertown
Turn left and travel 1 1/2 miles to light
Continue straight onto Echo Lake Rd. to intersection of Rt. 63, Main Street
Turn left, then left again onto Depot St.
Depot Square Business Center is the base of the hill

From Torrington

Route 8 South to exit 38. Go straight thru the light onto Route 6 then follow the Thomaston directions.

From Southbury

Take Route 6 North through Woodbury, past Taft School, continue down to the light at the gazebo in Watertown. At the light take a right, onto Rt. 63, proceeds through one traffic light, Depot Street will be your next left. Depot Square Business Center is at the base of a short incline. We are located at the opposite end of the center with double doors opposite the farm shop. The main entrance of the mall will bring you to the elevator access to our gym.

Approximately 15 Minutes from the Southbury Plaza.

From Thomaston

Rt. 6 take left onto Rt. 63. Across from Rite Aid, take a left. We are in the building at the bottom of the hill opposite the farm shop.

From Route 84

Route 84 East to exit 17. Left onto Rt. 63. Follow Rt. 63 approximately 6 miles through Watertown, pass all the car dealers, K-Mart, down to Carvel, take a left at the light, still on Rt. 63, follow about one mile. Pass Marshalls Plaza at the next light take a right, then a quick left onto Depot Street. We are ¼ of a mile down in the Business Center opposite the farm shop.
